Some customer will asked is that painful? 

There may be a slight feeling of pain, like sting here. While as long as not shot on the bone, all you can tolerate;

depending on the level of pain the patient, it will be a little feeling; 

However, since the treatment lasts only about 20 minutes, most patients are able to tolerate this discomfort.

Additionally, the intensity of the treatment can be adjusted throughout the session.
